At the time my wife was being treated for a bad allergy which was taking ages to clear as she still had some nasty lesions around her ears. The Skin Rescue Remedy has done wonders for my Mum's face. She had been attending hospital for 15-20 years getting treatment for Squamous Cell Carcinoma and using harsh cream which made the area scab and bleed. Many times she had very painful biopsies and laser treatment. It is mostly on the side of her face under and around her locks area up unto her forehead. Other spots would also appear from time to time behind her ears, on her neck and her nose. She has been very conscious of how it looks.
Anyway she suffered a stroke and heart attack four years ago and since then has not been able to travel long distances, so I think attended only one appointment in Dublin. I have recently a started using your charcoal and aniseed soap for rosacea combined with the tea tree soap for acne which has been relentless for the past 20 years (i am now nearly 33) I have only suffered with the rosacea recently (as in a few months) but it came quite severely and constantly throughout those past few months.

Every single product that I have tried over the counter and through the doctor has either burned my face, not worked or made things a whole lot worse but especially this past year has been a nightmare for my skin to the point where I have cried over it every time it came to cleaning my face or putting on make up as the pain of the acne and the rosacea was unbearable.... until my Mam bought me the charcoal and tea tree soaps and the skin rescue remedy cream.

Just a review of angie's solid lotion bar for all you psoriasis sufferers out there...
I spent 3 months last year going to hospital 3 times a week for phototherapy (light therapy) for my psoriasis as it was so bad. It thankfully cleared it.... I tried your face cream last month, I have to say I only intended to use it for a couple of days to get by as I had left my "regular" (but very expensive) face cream at home. A friend of mine did one of your workshops last year and came home raving about you, totally inspired by your passion for your products, and your workshops, she also brought back a tin of your organic skin rescue remedy for me to try as she knows how many years I've been suffering with my skin. I developed dermatitis on my face about a year ago and tried every skin cream and treatment possible to cure it. I tried steroidal cream, coconut oil, argan oil, aqueous cream, vitamin e cream, I had even stopped wearing make up, not an easy thing to do in public when like me you're used to wearing makeup every day. I find the Skin Rescue Remedy wonderful for eczema. I use it in conjunction with the calendula & chamomile soap and they work instantly to soothe all itching and burning and fade the marks if you keep on using it. I had horrendous burning and scalding eczema on the backs of my hands when I first discovered it and using the Rescue Remedy at night under white cotton finger less gloves I found cheap on eBay cleared it up completely after months of agony beforehand when nothing I could get in a pharmacy would work. I can't recommend the skin rescue remedy enough.

I've got a skin condition called dermatomyositis www.myositis.org.uk and its difficult to find products that don't bring me out in a rash. I can highly recommend the Willow Cottage products, particularly the Tea tree & oatmeal soap, Frankincense & geranium face cream and the May chang & orange hand cream. I had been suffering from Rosacea on my face for some time and tried a number of 'recommended' products which did absolutely nothing at all to improve my skin. I've been using the soap and face cream for 6 months or so and I actually saw a massive improvement in just a couple of weeks. Needless to say I continue to use both products. The May chang & orange hand cream is simply LUSH and smells incredible. It has a wonderful calming sensation. They also come beautifully packaged so would make a wonderful gift.
