1. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes all Willow Cottage 100% natural soaps and creams are dermatologically tested and approved for even the most sensitive skin including premature baby skin and elderly fragile skin

2. What do people use for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, itchy skin, skin rash, urticaria, HS, hidradenitis suppurativa?

Our customers find washing with the calendula soap in conjunction with the skin rescue remedy cream highly effective when used together for a multitude of dry / damaged / itchy / irritated skin issues and conditions

3. Can I use the "magic cream" on my baby's skin?

Our Skin Rescue Remedy Cream (which our customers refer to as the magic cream) is a 100% natural and organic multipurpose cream. It is suitable for all skin types and ages from new born to elderly.

4. Do you have anything for nappy rash, bed sores, hemorrhoids

Each ingredient in our Skin Rescue Remedy Cream is packed with anti inflammatory and antihistamine properties that help soothe irritation, itching and discomfort caused by inflammation immediately

5. Which products are suitable for cancer patients?

All Willow Cottage products are 100% natural and handmade with gentle effective ingredients like nourishing deeply moisturising butters and oils. We do not use any chemicals such as artificial fragrance, stabelisers, preservatives etc. 

Some of the side effects from cancer treatments can take a toll on not just the skin but also mental and emotional body.

All our soaps and creams are natural aromatherapy treatments for "every" body - the mental body / by soothing the mind - the emotional body / by soothing the senses - the physical body / by soothing the skin

Many customers going through chemotherapy / radiotherapy and also surgery have told us they find the Skin Rescue Remedy cream particularly helpful for soothing their skin from a variety of discomfort such as dry tight skin, itchy irritated skin, burning skin, and found it very beneficial even on fresh scars after surgery which also helped speed up the healing process and fade scars 

6. What do people use for guttate psoriasis, pityriasis rosea?

Our customers find washing with the calendula soap in conjunction with the solid lotion bar moisturiser highly effective when used together

Some also use the skin rescue remedy cream to moisturise and others use a combination of all three. Everybody’s skin is different and so is their type and variation of psoriasis so we suggest you try both the lotion bar and cream to see what combination works best for your skin.

7. What do people use for scalp psoriasis, cradle cap, itchy scalp, dandruff?

Our customers find the natural shampoo bar brilliant. You can find the directions on the website for how to use it to get the best results

8. What do people use for acne?

Our customers use either the charcoal soap or the tea tree soap in conjunction with the skin rescue remedy cream. For best results wash morning and night with the soap and use a tiny amount of the cream to moisturise.

The cream is extremely rich and will prevent any scaring and also feed the skin with nourishing vitamins. The skin "may" get a little worse before it gets better but then it will balance itself out and produce the correct amount of oils for healthy glowing skin.

It is important not to use anything else on the skin (especially wipes) to give this combination a chance to work.

9. What do people use for rosacea?

Our customers use the charcoal soap in conjunction with the skin rescue remedy cream, both have amazing anti inflammatory properties 

For best results wash morning and night with the soap and use a tiny amount of the cream to moisturise.

10. Is it ok to use the skin rescue remedy cream as a daily moisturiser?

All our products are 100% natural which means we don't use any chemicals whatsoever like preservatives, stabelisers, fragrances, steroids etc

Instead we only use beautiful nourishing butters and oils and pure essential oils that feed the skin and give it a healthy glow
