1. How to sanitise your hands: 
   1. Spray the sanitiser on your hands. 
   2. Rub your palms with fingers. 
   3. Rub the back of each hand with palm. 
   4. Rub your palms together. 
   5. Rub your palms with your knuckles/nails. 
   6. Rub your thumbs together. 
   7. Rub your wrists with fingers.

• The story of "thieves oil"

  dates back to 1413. During the bubonic plague when it is estimated 150 million people passed during this four year pandemic.

There were four perfume and spice merchants who lost their livelihoods because of the thorough devastation of the disease so turned to robbing the dead bodies of any possessions they had. These bodies were highly contagious but the thieves never contracted the plague. It was reported that they wore hats and masks that smelled of herbs and spices, namely cloves, lemons, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary.

When they were eventually caught the judge told them he would spare them if they would share their secret of how they were able to avoid catching the plague. The thieves told him they combined cloves, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary and applied the blend to their hands, ears, feet, temples, and on a mask that they wore over their mouth and nose before going out to commit their crimes and this is what protected them from catching a very infectious illness. Once the judge learned of their secret he shared it with doctors who then started to do the same and this enabled them to treat patients without catching the deadly disease themselves

The combination of these herbs and spices, especially when concentrated to an essential oil, contains properties that are antimicrobial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, and antiviral - which is why we use this "thieves oil" blend in addition to 99.7% isopropanol to kill all known germs an viruses
